Refunds

All products, programs, and services offered by Deberah Bringelson, Deberah Bringelson Global, Make Your Passion Happen, the Quantum Success Academy ™, Power of 3 ™, Business Growth Intensive™, Profit Partners ™, Practical Quantum Physics For Business and Life™, Quantum Business Beyond the Spreadsheet™, Quantum Results Formula, and Your Strategic Solutions (hereafter referred to as Your Strategic Solutions) are downloadable products and / or coaching / consulting services.

Due to their “non-physical” nature, there are no physical products that can be delivered. As such, it is impossible to physically return either the downloadable products or coaching or consulting services. All sales are deemed final.
You agree that you will not initiate chargebacks and that you are responsible for all costs related to collections of unpaid fees and/or chargebacks.

Your Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are 100 percent responsible for the decisions you make and the results you produce in both your business and all aspects of your life. Deberah Bringelson and Your Strategic Solutions are not responsible for your decisions. The methods we use have been successfully used by hundreds of people around the world. Some of these have been used as examples. They are not a promise of the results you can have. By purchasing Deberah Bringelson or Your Strategic Solutions products or services, you agree to this responsibility and legally binding agreement.
